Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on app 16, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. The information you provide at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited, and such accounts may be cancelled at any time. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform. Harassing other users, attempting to breach the platform's security measures, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to access the platform using automated software, bots, or scripts will result in immediate account suspension. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden, and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. app 16 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, if necessary, close the account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are processed in accordance with applicable banking regulations. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set according to platform guidelines and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. app 16 reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error. All bonuses and promotional offers have their own terms and conditions, which apply separately.
Intellectual Property & Content
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the app 16 platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is prohibited. Limitation of Liability

Account Closure & Suspension
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. app 16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions. If there is any valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is complete. The balance of an account closed due to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. The applicable parts of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, settled through arbitration. Users may contact our support team for any complaints or questions. We are committed to resolving all disputes promptly and fairly. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
